How precise are the sensors?
The occupancy counting accuracy is higher than 95%. Footfall counting >85%
How big of an area can 1 sensor monitor?
It depends on the use case. For occupancy with coordinates, one sensor covers app 35 sqm. With our latest detector we can cover up to 150 sqm of occupancy counting without coordinates and heatmaps
Can the same sensor be used for both occupancy and footfall?
Yes, this is possible. Just note that when converting an occupancy sensor to a footfall sensor, or vice versa, it need to be reset, before it can be provisioned to another feature
What is the latency of your realtime data?
5-10 seconds

Where is your amazon aws cloud hosted?
It depends where you are located. We always put our cloud gateway as close as possible to the customer site, so we have AWS instances running across the globe
What does anonymously mean ?
It means that our sensors were designed with privacy as a core element. All images are being processed locally on the sensor and then discarded, and only metadata (number of people, location, time etc.) is sent to the gateway and is then visible on the dashboard
